libclucene-dev software package provides library for full-featured text search engine (development), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libclucene-dev
libclucene-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libclucene-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libclucene-dev *
You will get with libclucene-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
